Production and billing
Get paid for everything you did, sooner
Quantities on the daily reports become the progress claim. Extra work is signed when it happens. Project managers, the office and ownership read the same numbers, and nobody retypes a spreadsheet at month end.
Daily quantities become the monthly progress claim
Put the contract in once, in Contract setup or from an Excel template: sections, items, units, quantities and unit prices, laid out the way your schedule of quantities lists them. Crews record quantities on their daily reports. At month end you pick the period and the progress claim is built from the signed reports, with the job's holdback taken off. Add the approved extra work, finalize, and the claim prints with the amount due on top and a quantity report behind it.

The progress claim rolls up

Heavicon doesn't need another system behind it. If you already run HCSS, employees, cost codes, materials and timecards stay in step, so the office stops keying in what the field already entered.

T&M and force accounts
The foreman picks crew, equipment and materials from your rate sheets, markup and GST are applied, and the client signs on the phone. Once the office approves the sheet, it goes on the next progress claim as extra work.
